These terms govern the use of the website of Mednieku Klubs Mežvidus, registration number 40008305367. By using this website you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

02Purpose of the site

This website is an informational resource about the association's conservation, management and educational activities. It is not a shop, a booking platform or a hunting-permit service. No goods or services are sold through this website and no payment is ever requested on it.

03Accuracy of information

We prepare content carefully, but figures on wildlife populations, feeding volumes and programme schedules are indicative and change with the season and with decisions of the competent authorities. Nothing on this site constitutes legal, veterinary or safety advice, nor authorisation to hunt, enter private land or handle wildlife.

04Use of the site

You may read, print and share our material for personal, educational and non-commercial purposes with attribution. You may not use the site for unlawful purposes, attempt to disrupt its operation, harvest data from it by automated means, or reproduce substantial parts of it commercially without our written permission.

05Intellectual property

The association's name, emblem, texts and photographs are the property of Mednieku Klubs Mežvidus or are used with permission. All rights are reserved except as expressly granted above.

06Correspondence

Messages sent through the contact form are treated in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Do not send confidential, sensitive or emergency information through the form. In an emergency involving wildlife, injury or fire, contact the state emergency number 112.

07Membership and conduct

Membership of the association, participation in field activities and any hunting conducted on the association's territory are governed by the statutes of the association, the internal rules, and the Hunting Law of the Republic of Latvia and its subordinate regulations — not by these website terms. Breach of the internal rules or of the Conservation Policy may result in suspension or expulsion.

08Liability

The website is provided as it is. To the extent permitted by law, the association is not liable for indirect loss arising from use of the site or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Latvian law.

09External links

Links to authorities, partners and research bodies are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for the content or practices of external sites.
